大地の北の縁を西に向かい、ハシャットと思われる付近にゲルがあったので露頭の位置がはっきりしなかった。ハシャットの露頭は斜面のところどころに地層が露出しているだけで、大きいな崖はつくっていなかった。

The connection of the land to the northern plateau faced west. I didn’t exactly know the level of the outcrop, in the vicinity thought to be Hashato, where Gail was. In spots on the slope of the rocky outcropping in Hashato, only some of the stratefied rocks were jutting out, and there wasn’t a big cliff.

I think nowadays there is no possibility of breaking out of prison. Secretly doing something like digging a hole and escaping is now impossible, I guess. Mr. Miyauchi  was sentenced to prison yesterday. The judge said he had caused serious harm to society (lit. “gave serious influence to society”).
